How big are your towels?
Our towels are 60in x 60in (or 5ft by 5ft)
Are the towels waterproof?
Our towels are absorbent but they are not water proof.
Our towels have been designed to act as a protective layer for your sheets and prevent lubricant stains and assist in a speedy clean up.
More cuddles, less laundry.
What are the towels made of?
Our towels are made of a microfibre suede - this makes them soft, durable and lightweight.
(200 GSM, 80% Polyester and 20% Polyamide)
Where is my order?
All packages are sent with tracking confirmation. If you have any issues locating your package - check your order confirmation for updates. If you are still having issues, get in touch and we'll help you out!
What shipping providers do you use?
We ship through Canada Post. Orders to the U.S. will be dispatched through Canada Post, and delivered via USPS.
Can I return my towel?
Due to the nature of the product, we are not accepting returns at this time. If your order does not arrive as expected, please reach out and we will be happy to figure out a solution.
We are very reasonable people - if you have any issues with your order, please reach out and we will do what we can to solve any problems!
Where do your orders ship from?
Orders ship from Calgary, Alberta.
How do I wash my towel?
Our towels are machine printed so the colour may transfer before they are washed.
To avoid any colour transfer, we recommend machine washing your towels before first use.
Machine wash with cold water and like colours.
Machine or hang dry.
Do not bleach.
